Arrival & Check-in
Check in at OKU Andalusia, collect your room key and summit credentials, and take a moment to get settled before the evening begins.
The premier gathering for creative and operations leaders and high-volume e-commerce production teams, solving the hard questions of AI in content production. Together.
Building on the success of our past summits, we are expanding the format to bring together the full community of people and teams behind modern content production.
The event is built on a direct contrast: high-impact industry sessions combined with intentional space and shared experiences to connect with peers.
Whether you join as an individual specialist, an executive, or as a team delegation, you can tailor the experience across parallel tracks, bridging the gap between AI strategy and hands-on execution.
With parallel tracks running throughout the summit, the program reflects the full range of roles behind modern content production. From AI strategy to workflows, systems, creative execution, and post-production, each attendee can follow the sessions most relevant to their role and perspective.
The summit is held under the Chatham House Rule, creating a space where leaders and specialists can speak openly about the real challenges behind AI in e-commerce content production. You get access to honest discussions, practical lessons, and unfiltered insights that would rarely be shared on a public stage.
The schedule is designed with a clear balance between sessions and shared activities. Set on the coastline of Andalusia, there is dedicated time to step away from the screens, recharge, and connect with peers during informal experiences.
We don't leave networking to chance. A specific part of the agenda is dedicated to matching you directly with your peers. This gives you a focused window to dive deep with people who share your exact level and challenges, whether you are a senior leader or a hands-on specialist.

Behind the event
A short conversation with Thomas Kragelund and Sean O'Meara on the thinking behind this edition, and what you actually get out of being there.
The team edition
The AI shift touches every role in content production, but each role experiences it differently. Bring the people who shape the strategy, run the workflows, manage the systems, and deliver the content, and leave with a shared understanding of what needs to change next.
AI in content production is not solved by one role alone. Bring the people who shape the strategy, run the workflows, manage the systems, and deliver the content, so the team leaves with the same context and a shared sense of direction.
The sessions cover the realities of modern content production from different perspectives. When your team follows different conversations across the program, you return with a broader understanding of what matters, not just one person's version of the summit.
When the people who need to act have experienced the summit together, the next steps are easier to agree on. You avoid the internal re-sell and come home ready to translate the ideas into priorities, workflows, and decisions.
Experiencing the summit together gives your team a common reference point for the AI shift. That shared language makes it easier to keep the conversation moving once you are back inside your own organization.
